It seems Palm will be adding to the Pre smartphone soon. The new addition will have double memory and will be redesigned. Some features will remain the same, like allowing navigation with the vivid touchscreen, the full keyboard and the webOS platform.
On the wide screen display you can run a couple apps at the same time and watch videos.
In one easy view you can see your personal contacts and up coming events. The Palm Pre Plus allows for continuous web connection with Outlook email addresses and Google calendar to name just a few. The best feature is the large screen that is great for looking at websites, viewing photos and watching videos.
Charging is easy too with the use of the Touchstone Charging Dock. It also has built in GPS, accelerometer, 16GB of RAM, a 3 megapixel camera and a LED flash and you can talk for 5.5 hours with standby time in the range of 350 hours, ambient light and proximity, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g with WPA, WPA2 and WEP authentications. This new addition to the phone world will be available on Jan 25th at all Verizon outlets.
